At Lucky Bailey Rides LLC, I believe that owning an RV should be about making memories—not worrying about what's happening behind the walls or under the hood. My goal is to give every customer the knowledge and confidence they need, whether they're buying an RV, preparing for their next adventure, or getting ready to sell.

My name is Bailey Hilt, and I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio before making Southwest Florida my home. The RV industry has been a part of my life for years. I started working as a lot technician alongside my father, who is the General Manager of a consignment RV dealership. That experience gave me a strong foundation in how RVs are built, maintained, and prepared for customers.

I've also had the opportunity to work alongside experienced RV inspectors/technicians and become familiar with many of the industry's leading brands and models.
